Web Support Plan (4 hours per month) - NON-EU

This is an ongoing maintenance service for customers outside the EU who would like a cost effective ongoing support plan for CubeCart.

Under this plan, we pledge the following:

• Four (4) hours will be available to you per month at no further labour cost. An annual total saving of £86 based on standard rates!
• Provide support and guidance on questions and issues when made through our helpdesk.
• Time can be used via the telephone, at a mutually agreed time to ensure you have our complete attention.
• Time can be used for CubeCart updates, skin HTML updates and development, minor PHP updates and mod installation.
• Proactive bug fixes and updates.
• Priority service.

Note there is a £10 set-up fee, the main subscription starts the following day. Any work required can only proceed once the payment for that month has been received (excludes the set-up fee). The subscription expires after one year, and must be renewed if you wish to continue. You can cancel at any time, see the subscription notes below.

If the work required exceeds the time included in the plan, you will be notified before further charges of our standard hourly rate is applied. Time not used each month cannot roll over to the next month.

To compare this monthly subscription to our normal rates, we usually charge and hourly rate of £20 per hour for website support and development, therefore having a plan is a definite cost saving if you would like ongoing support.
